How we start an investigation:

When you contact WAGIS, we will  ask some questions as to what type of  activity you have been experiencing. If you are seeing apparitions, hearing noises, voices, where you see or hear things.  Why you feel the place is haunted, if you think you know who is haunting it. Then we will meet with you and have you fill out a questionnaire and have you start to document activity to keep track of dates and times you notice things happening.

If you wish to have WAGIS investigate for you, we will set up a mutually convenient time to do an investigation. We do investigations on Friday or Saturday evenings.  We prefer to have just our team present during our investigation to avoid any stray noises from contaminating recorded evidence.  If, as the owner, you insist that a family member be  present, we can work with you on that.

A standard investigation can take 4-7 hours, depending on the size of the location and the amount of activity.

Once we have finished the investigation,  we will carefully review all of our recorded and photographed material and evidence.  Once we are done we will submit a written report along with copies of our evidence on a CD for you to keep. Upon giving the report and evidence we will have a sit down meeting to show and explain our views of what was gathered.

We may or may not obtain any or enough evidence to give a complete report and may ask if we can do a secondary investigation.  At times we get just enough evidence to take us in a different direction to do a second and a more complete investigation.

All investigations are kept confidential, we may post results from an investigation on our web site but names, places, addresses, personal pictures will not be published unless the client wishes.  Services provided are free of charge.  As we understand client privacy, our entire team has signed confidentiality waivers to be qualified as members.  We will also sign a confidentiality form with you, our client.
