Haunted or Not???

My wife works with a woman who’s boyfriend is interested in ghost hunting but doesn’t belong to any team or group.  This woman hates to go into cemeteries during the day much less let alone at night.  She was there several years ago at night and truly believes it is haunted.  Is this because she hates cemeteries so much?  She says that at that time there were statues in there but has since been vandalized and are no longer there, however she said the eyes in the statues kept following them.  She said they were there for about 10 minutes and their watch never changed time.  They would see shadows moving from gravestone to gravestone but when they shined the spotlight on them there was nothing there.  She had a creepy feeling about it the whole time.

There is a Wausau Daily Herald driver that has a blog on the newspaper web site and goes by the screen name Devyn.  He went there one day during his route because he had extra time.  He said he immediately got a weird feeling upon entering.  He walked around for a short time and kept hearing footsteps behind him.  He would stop ad then the footsteps would stop.  Then he would start to walk again and the sounds would start again.  This happened a couple times for him.  He noted that all the graves for babies had white roses on them ad a few had rubber duckies or toys.  Mind you all these are graves that are old enough as to where there should be no living relatives left to take care of these sites.  We came to the conclusion that someone from a church group or just a nice person is going there to tend to these little babies and young children that have died at an early age.  Bless their heart.

We  did investigate this cemetery during the day and didn’t get any creepy or uneasy feeling there at all.  Our clocks did not stop, we heard no strange noises.  We set out our digital voice recorders to see if we could capture any EVP’s but all we got was the rustling of the leaves on the trees and the ground.  We also investigated this place on Halloween 2008. We experienced nothing but drunken minors racing around the cemetery running over things and driving off the roadway and all over the place.  Very disrespectful.  We are thinking that if anything would of shown up for us, it was disturbed and chased away because of these idiots.  We will try again someday and report back.
