Andy from Wausau contacted us after being referred to us by a friend of his. The claims ranged from being pushed while standing near the basement steps, circuit breakers being tripped, feelings of being over tired, and difficult to awake when sleeping in the bedroom. The family dog literally damaged the basement door trying to get out one day. We went for our pre-investigation interview to get the history and talk with Andy to see what they had all experienced. Many friends were witnesses to some of the claims. While we were there during the interview, we paused our conversation because we heard several people talking in the background near the back door. We were expecting someone to walk in but nothing was there. A couple of our team members saw shadows or actual light blockage at the rear door of the home that evening as well. We didn't find any high or abnormal EMF's during our walk-through. During the setup of our equipment for the investigation, a GFC breaker had tripped and needed to be reset. This oddly coincided with our conversation pertaining to showing us something in the basement. Light bulbs, specifically the CFL's, would regularly burn out much sooner than their expected life span in the home as well. We captured a few EVP's within the first few minutes of setup that we are unsure of at this time that we will post later. During the investigation we again heard a couple of people talking that were not there. The house is located in such a place whereas we couldn't hear neighbors or other explainable reasons for these voices. Nothing odd appeared in any photos or video and so far the EVP's we have were from only one investigators recorder. The rest of us didn't come up with any. We are possibly planning on going back just for a shorter EVP session to see what kind of luck we have. The team members that have not captured any EVP's are going to go through their audio again because we find it very difficult to believe that only one of us obtained evidence and only within the setup period.
